Best diner in Saratoga! Try the Smokey Bagel, you won’t be disappointed. We will always stop when passing through. Staff is also phenomenal.

Born and raised in saratoga. Shirleys was a staple in our family. The only place to get the best pancakes in the area !! The pancakes are not the same, New recipe, which is horrible !! Very disappointed. There was a total of 4 people in the whole place at a peek breakfast time which says a lot about the the food quality. there was always had a 15 minute wait for a table, and it was worth it, not anymore.
Although all the staff is great along with the food, Theresa has been the best is the one who keeps us coming back time & time again. I still wish it was open longer and that you guys brought back my roast pork. We really miss that! We've been going here since 1985..... Jim & Margie Carroll
Cinnamon raisin French toast topped with strawberries and bananas was absolutely amazing! I can't wait to come back!!
