In College, I had Larry Apple as our landlord. He was by far one of the worst "property managers" I have ever worked with. With what I know now he wouldn't of gotten an extra dime from me. He took advantage of the fact we were college students and it's sickening to see he wins an award for "ethics leadership." Way to represent!
