Julie was amazing to work with! She was very flexible with our walk through times and worked with us when we wanted to see a house rather quickly. Shirleys Realty was excellent to work with!! Both buying and selling our house! They worked tirelessly and we had a full offer on our house within a week of listing. I was 9 months pregnant at the time and they went above and beyond to make the closings work around our due date. This was our first time selling and Julie made sure we understood every step of the way. The whole process was seamless and we’ll never use another agency!
When I was in college I worked with Curt Tobin to find the PERFECT apartment. The apartment was great but Curt and his team made it home. If I ever needed anything he was always there to help. Skip forward to over a year later, I called and asked for a renters referral. Curt immediately remembered me within second. He even remembered my apartment number. Once again he was quick with his response time and helped. I HIGHLY recommend renting from this incredible team. They treat you like family.
Rented with them for 5 years while living in Maryville. Julie always answered my calls or texts and if anything ever went wrong she always had someone out the same day or early next day. Never felt any stress or worries about renting with Julie she was amazing!
