The staff are very friendly, helpful and informative. The office also has electronic games that keep the kids occupied while they wait. I’ve taken my children here for a few years now and will continue to bring my children.
I brought my daughter to see Dr. Yasrebi and her staff. She was very informative and answered every question I had. Her staff was amazing and treated my daughter like she was their own. The front office staff explained all my insurance questions and were so kind and understanding. We can’t wait for our next appointment!
They are now charging $10 per child for PPE even if you have your own. And they don’t say anything until you arrive about the $10. Then her little crew there acts like if you are burdening them just by showing up. My kids have been coming here for about 5 years but I think this last time was the last of it.
Today my daughter was seen by Dr. Yasrebi and her staff. Much broke down during our appointment but initially I let it go due to COVID and the constantly changing environment. My biggest problem today was that a treatment was recommended for my child that I didn’t understand and the dentist didn’t talk to us at all about what was going on. Instead I had to speak to the receptionist about her treatment plan. I expect any provider to talk to us about the treatments recommended and what that means. Dr. Yasrebi and her staff take all the time needed to make sure our kids (one of whom has extraordinary special needs) have an effective and caring visit. Dr. Yasrebi is super friendly and the office staff is well informed and efficient, as well.
My son had a great first experience with Dr. Yasrebi. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable, and made my son (and me) feel very comfortable.
