A terribke restoration of a diamond ring, its ruined. I am heartbroken by this. I suspect it was replaced by a fake one. I will be getting it tested soon. Also the diamond keeps falling out! I wouldn't trust this business at ALL!
I have delt and bought items from these good people, not one time did I feel like I was taken advantage of. I will say they'll make you a deal you shouldn't refuse. Easy if you see something that catches your eye and your not sure you're getting a better deal then go upstairs and check out the others and you'll be back. I promise you that.
Purchased engagement ring and wedding bands as a set from here 5 years ago. Over the past five years diamonds continue to fall out of each piece. Usually, they replace them and have no issues. However, after this last visit I am done. I sent it in for repairs. I was told 7-10 days. It took over a month to get it back. Now today I pick up the ring it seems okay. Within 2 hours another diamond has fallen out. Do not waste your time here.
Got a watch for Christmas that needed a few links taken out. I was seen immediately by a kind and helpful employee, the price was very reasonable, and the speed of the service was fantastic. In and out in ten minutes, even though they were busy. Originally waited at a department store for almost half an hour before being referred to Shirin's. Great experience!
I recently visited the location wearing everyday clothes (I'm a multimillionaire) showing nothing but a cheap 20$ chain and told them I needed an appraisal on my parents (who recently passed away) jewelry. I was very suspicious when they wouldn't give me a quote but just kept asking "how much do you want for it?" And also LAUGHING that some of it happened to be fake.
