Extremely Disappointed – Do Not Recommend I entrusted this company with a beloved vintage Turkish rug, and the results were absolutely terrible. They quoted us $340 on the phone but then they charge $160 plus an extra $50 to retrieve it. When the rug was returned, it looked worse than it did before they cleaned it! Instead of bright, clean, and soft, it appeared dingy, stiff, and completely lacking its original vibrance. Terrible job. I called and had my oriental rug picked up. I wrote a check for $450 to be cleaned. They had it a week and it came back wet and dirty. W have called and requested a supervisor contact me . Nothing.
