Terrible customer service. Everyone in the office are all the same: rude! I regret using their service. The most painful part is that they don’t care about the status of your shipment. In my case I had to call the actual carrier (ACL) to get information directly from them. This is how I stayed ahead of Bonaberi. My shipment had arrived and Bonaberi didn’t know, what a shame !! I had to call the carrier myself and found my shipment was delivered 4 days prior. This lack of update from Bonaberi cost me extra money in Demurrage.... read more
