We are so thankful for the excellent care they gave our dog Abby in her last days. Especially to Dr. Shuttle and Melissa who tried everything they could to safe her. When we came in on her last day with us they were so caring and allowed us as much time as we needed with her. They made us feel comfortable and we knew they truly cared about us and Abby. Words of thanks can never be enough that is why I am sharing this now!
Worst vet in the area the people are idiots and the so called person that runs the place arwen seems to have her head in her ass while the person who is also in charge at Mt.rock take every opportunity to find an excuse to screw off walking down route 11 picking up sticks that’s not even on the property is this place really that cheap they can’t have a lawn service total idiots this place has really gonna to hell
We have taken Pepper there since she was a puppy. They are very kind & loving to to her. Would not take her anywhere else.
I can't tell you how impressed that I am with the services I have received from Shippensburg Animal Hospital! They are professional in what they do, but more importantly, the docs recognize that our pets are truly members of our families. The compassion from diagnosis to post surgical treatment for my dog from Dr. Debra Buchanan and her assistant were above and beyond! We took our Raiden in yesterday for a emergency visit yesterday and we had the best vet experience! She was so great with him he is a rescue dog that was abused and everyone there has been so wonderful with him.
If I was able to rate zero stars I would! My puppy was hit by a car last night (4/6/2018) and we drove to Shippensburg animal hospital calling them on the way and they said they couldn’t see him because he was a new patient! What a pathetic excuse for a vet office!!! I will NEVER bring one of my pets to your place EVER again and I will NEVER recommend them and I will tell everyone how selfish they are when it comes down to it!
