Our little dog, Itsy Bitsy had to have knee surgery. Dr. Pinney was wonderful. He explained the procedure to us and answered all our questions . The surgery was a toatal success. When she got active and jumped off of the furniture and we became anxious of pin displacement. He patiently checked her out and assured us all was well. We have been with Shippensburg Animal Hospital since they opened. The facility is clean. The staff has been polite, caring and efficient.
Why have a month that's devoted for a dental discount, if your going to raise the prices to compensate for it. Also, don't even bother giving a military discount, if your going to Jack up the prices on the next visit to make up for it. They are getting just like some other greedy vets in the area. Many of the things your begging charged for are, unnecessary!
My bunny, Sir Lancelot, was treated like the knight he is. The vet and vet tech knew he was terrified to be there and let him stay in his cage and did everything to make aure HE was comfortable and not panicked. I've been taking my puppy, Maverick, to them for his 4 years and had all good experiences but seeing their care with my rabbit really showed me how amazing these people are!
Our little shitzu Ellie had two massive blatter stones that had to be removed. Dr. Scott was very through in explaining the surgery and he personally called the house to check up on his patient after she came home. Very pleased with Dr Scott and all the staff at Mt Rock.
The staff was amazing and super sweet to my poor lil girl when I brought her in. The dr that took care of her was great with Lilly! Thank you for taking her so last minute.
