RecommendedThe vets are very friendly and answer questions as well my Lucy has been going because of arthritis in knees and hips once a week for the last 5 weeks for cold laser therapy she has improved and is walking much better
Now officially the worst vets in Shippensburg Now, not only are any of their 9 vets unwilling to perform after hours emergency care, BUT THEY ARE UNWILLING TO PERFORM EMERGENCY SERVICES DURING REGULAR BUSINESS HOURS. I was turned away with a cat that died while trying to get to another vet. Today I was turned away with a Boston having a seizure. Pathetic!
I used to go to Shippensburg Animal Hospital regularly before I moved because they took such great care of my cats, and they were so personable and compassionate. While visiting my friend last week I had an emergency with my cat and they were able to get me in right away, even though I haven’t been there for a year! The receptionists were super caring, and the technician and doctor seemed to really care. I wish I didn’t live so far away so I could still use them!
VERY DISGUSTED BY ALL THE HORROR STORIES I AM READING OF HOW AWFUL YOU TREAT YOUR PATIENTS AND THEIR PETS!! DO YOU WANT SOMEONE TO TREAT ONE OF YOUR FAMILY MEMBERS (INCLUDING PETS) THAT WAY IF THEY WERE ON THEIR DEATH BED AND NO ONE DID ANYTHING ABOUT IT. YOU SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN

My daughter and her boyfriend had to put down their cat this morning. The two step process was really only a one step as the vet didn’t wait for the first drug to put the cat to sleep before administering the second drug. The last memories my daughter and her boyfriend have of Nicole was the terror in her eyes. Thank you very much for your lack of compassion.
