I have 2 - 250 gal heating oil tanks in my basement. I have had the oil tank lifetime protection plan on both of them for several years at $96 a year per tank. I was told on several occasions over the past few years by Shipley techs that they need replaced. I contacted Shipley about getting my tanks replaced. dont raise prices by 110 percent.after one year they raised my rate on my electric by 110 percent.if thats not theft I dont know what theft is..it cost me over $100 extra in my bill
