Shop around!!! Don't be fooled into thinking you're getting a great deal by locking in your winter pricing! After paying $1.99/gal propane for three years I figured it was time to do some shopping. Found another local supplier who locked my winter rate at $1.49 without the absurd $100 fee. When it comes to switching to another supplier, that's where Shipley is THE WORST! I had 172 gallons of LP that Shipley sold to me in their leased tank. I received my final credit today for $39.00. After charging me $89 to pick up their ta... read more
