better management, SOME of the managers dont know their head from their elbow. Very unorganized, sexual harrassment is out in the open but nobody does anything about it. Scam customers and when the customer complains they "throw them a bone" to make it seem like they are actually doing something. They raised my electricity price 2x since signing up with them. Just because a company is local doesnt mean that its your best option. I suggest to shop around and if you do Im sure you will be able to find a better company.
