Better customer service. Especially their LIHEAP department. They are always too busy to talk and they say they will call you back but they never do. You call again and you get the same thing. Getting ready to go to another company if this keeps up.

Very disappointed with Shipley energy. I arrived at my moms today (she is 93) to find the temperature was 49 degrees inside her home. I did a quick trouble shoot and then quickly called Shipley who had installed a new AC unit for her in the past only to be told that she could not receive emergency service because she wasn’t a “current “ customer; alas it has been 4 since her last service call. I explained to the girl who answered the emergency line her age and the fact that she lives alone and her response was “I am sorry th... read more
