Buyer be Ware I was having a whole house generator hooked up. I needed a propane company who understood we needed "At Will" since we would not have routine usage. Shipley said they where at will. The hooked us up for $ 1200.00 plus the tanks and propane. After a year they no longer allowed At Will. We did not have a contract with them. So we are stuck with the annual delivery and high fees for delivery. Just be warned, get in in writing.

I am starting as a new customer with Shipley Engery joe and I spoke directly with Seth Obetz we were customers with Worley and obetz for15 years. We were loyal customers on the budget program never missed a beat was shocked when they went bankrupt but Seth has told us he will take good care of us. Ridiculous, we are paying 50$ extra monthly for service agreement , every time i call once a year we have a hold on your account! Stop what im doing my husband saying they apply the money to our furnace payments!! Nothing changes they continue to do this ,, frustrating!! Nothing changes keep telling us were behind so looking forward to be done with this company!
I had a "senior moment" a few weeks ago and with the help of Selena, Michelle, Nathan and Katie......They got me straightened out....thanks so much. And Kevin is my service guy and he is wonderful also.............
Have had the same experience as Linda I too had put on bad review and they are making things right and I love the 3 gentlemen that came to my home. Mike H., Steve and Cody thank you guys for standing in the mud and water to repair my propane and to move them as well. I feel a bit safer today. Thank you guys. I am a bit drained at the moment so I may add more.

I have been with Shipley for 20 years and have had various problems over the years, but the biggest problem I have is their budget program, I don’t know who figures this out but it’s bad. This months bill said I owe 1100 when I only owe 400, and I have discussed this with them the past three months and nothing changes, so they call me five times a day to tell me I’m late when I’m not. No longer a Shipley customer.
