We went to this establishment with 10 people looking to eat steak and seafood and enjoy a few drinks. After being pointedly ignored by the waiter for more than 20 minutes we were told to talk to the manager if we wanted to be served. I went inside and spoke to the bartender and another server. I verified that they were still serving dinner. I told my story and they asked us to give them the opportunity to serve us. At this time the rude waiter walked up and said 'I refuse to serve you'.
