Food was good, but was upset that they didn't honor a $40 special that they advertised but didn't do on Valentines. We had reservations for a party of 10 that was made and confirmed for that special. The manager didn't even come over to apologize or offer anything to make up for it. It also offered unlimited beer or wine for an additional $10. So my two glasses of wine cost me double. Great my bestist says her favorite place to go. Will be going again.
We have a $100 gift card that was issued dec 15,2015 we recieved as a last years christmas gift , went for lunch dec 7,2016 and they won't accept it. Even though it is registered with balance showing, and contract says no expiration date or fees, guess what. $100 right into there pocket. Asked for the Manager to call us. Nope. I have been a regular customer for years and have always received top notch service and great food. The staff is always responsive to every request, large or small. The tuna stack is an epic appetizer and a must have. The steaks, burgers and lolli pop lamb are definite go-tos, and if you just want a salad the chop-chop is great. Last, I have seen many times where the staff goes out of their way to accommodate last minute walk-ins and special requests. They really go above and beyond!
I've been a regular customer of Ship To Shore for 10+ years. The atmosphere is always relaxing and filled with great people, the service is impeccable, very friendly staff & the food is top notch. Its a fantastic place for a night out or any occasion, highly recommended!
