UPDATE - I was in contact with the owner who was incredibly apologetic and responsive. He has worked hard to fix the situation and had been very professional and kind. UPDATE - Rosa called me after seeing this review and took exception with the fact that I said she had not called me back and said she left a message for me the day before - no message and no missed call on my end. If I could give these people a zero score I would. Worst decision I have ever made in my life. The had quoted me $2500 for my stuff based on their own supposed number of lbs. I called them to ask them there is going to be additional load will that be okay or they will charge me more. They told me based on the load specified it should be okay.
