We are a unique destination for weddings, memorials, special photography sessions (engagements, quinceañeras, portfolios) and open to the public as a 5-acre tranquil garden setting. Current group size limited to 10 people per group only. The initial development of a Japanese garden was envisioned in 1967 and the donation of land by Ralph Woodward to establish Woodward Park helped launch the establishment of the Woodward Park Japanese Development Committee led by Ben Nakamura.

Lovely, wooded, shady garden. Perhaps the tea house should be open to allow visitors to see what the inside looks like. Also the Bonsai garden was closed for some reason. I’m not sure why there’s a charge to go in as it’s basically a walk through with no exhibits or interactive stuff.
