Came for a gel removal Apr 7 around 11am and left with extremely thin, over filed, and brittle nails that will take 2-3 months to grow out. Extremely disappointing and left me in pain/discomfort

My mother and I went to the salon for a pedicure and a haircut for my mother. Even though we showed multiple reference photos, my mother’s hair ended up much shorter than she wanted. When she expressed that she wasn’t happy, the hairstylist told her to go home, wash her hair and if she was still unhappy she could come back the next day and she will fix it.
