We just began with Shining Star and one of the girls they sent out today left my mom of 91 years inside the home as she constantly went to her car to talk on the phone. The last call was documented at 15 minutes. I am shocked and hurt over this type of care for the elders. If you don’t have it in your heart to help people that need it then find another career path.
The home health aides provided are very helpful, caring and professional
This is a PHENOMENAL agency!!!! I am an RN and have dealt with MANY nursing agencies over the years — Shining Star offers unparalleled service — the CNA’s they select to send to clients homes, the scheduler (Donna) who is amazing and very responsive to the clients needs & “quirks”, and the owner (Ferial) who is kind, compassionate, and extremely knowledgeable about home health — they have it all!!!! I hope to never have to use another agency again :):):)
Shining Star is a great company! The administrators and the employees are top notch! Very dependable, efficient and caring. We used their care givers and nurse for our mom for over a year and we always had a positive experience. We highly recommend this company!
Shining Star was always easy to communicate with and very professional. I received excellent care at home from our aides. Each one was knowledgeable and caring. My wife and I were very pleased and would highly recommend their services.
