I had a positive experience with this provider overall as he would spend time and effort during appointments. Most psychiatric med management providers only spend 10-15 minutes with you and are not collaborative in their care. However, Reggie was the opposite of this. I was happy with my care as a patient for over a year but then he became inconsistent and did not respond to requests to schedule appointments. My significant other started seeing Reggie a little over 3 months ago. He is the least consistent and caring provider she has ever seen in her mental health journey, in which she’s been seeing different psychiatrists for the past 5 years. She gave Reginald a chance and he consistently proved to not care about patient wellbeing. He does not respond, he doesn’t reschedule, and he even has ignored her when she directly messaged him about adverse symptoms to new medication she’s received. I was a patient of Reggie’s for 10 months before he started making inappropriate comments and stated that he was attracted to me. We ended up dating for over a year. He does not value client privacy and took advantage of a me as a patient. I filed a complaint with the GA nursing board and he is currently under investigation. Do not trust this man.
Reginald Drumgoole has been a beacon of light. I did not know it would be so hard to get the right help when you have a metal issues. I saw two prior doctors and I finally came to Reginald. He is very patient and understanding. Reginald helped me with the right diagnosis and medications for me. I was in a pretty bad place and now I can’t see a clearer light. Thank You
