I wanted to pass along my excellent experience with SS Subaru service department. Greg Martz, Manager of the Service Department has been very helpful in dealing with a recall of our 2013 Forester. After it failed the oil consumption test they promptly replaced shortblock in time so we could make a long planned trip to Yellowstone. He explained how to handle any oil problems we might have on our trip. Thanks to Greg I feel confident we can take the tow the Forester, drive safely and enjoy our trip.
Ended up giving us the car I wanted. Worth the wait.
Tom is hands down the best salesman I have come into contact with. The whole experience from Shingle Subaru was nothing short of fantastic. I was driving out of the lot within 2 hours. Thanks again for the 2016 WRX. If your in the market for a Subaru this is the spot.
