Absolutely the best car dealership I have ever done business with.
Went in yesterday to pick out the Outback I want to replace my VW Diesel Jetta Sportwagen that is being bought back on 3/2/17. I met with Jon Cooper and Jeff Tallent, they found the Cypress green with Java brown leather interior Outback Touring I wanted!! Should be delivered in mid February for me!! I'm so excited to join the Subaru family! Everyone so friendly, pretty sure after having 9 VW diesels that I'll be a Subaru person from now on!!
Everybody at Shingle Springs Subaru is so helpful and friendly! Especially one of the service advisors named Mason, he really knows what he's doing and goes over and above to help out his customers! I recently bought a Forester from there and I'm loving it! Good quality with good service�
Got there at 7:30 they checked in my car for the airbag recall. Provided me with a nice loaner vehicle for the day They also installed a small fog light grid that I had lost in the last year. I purchased it at a reasonable price. I returned the car by 6:00 at days end and they were very nice. Only reason why they did not receive 5 stars was because of the length of time I had to wait for the airbag to come in (3 months), and they failed to call me when the car was ready for pick up.
