awesome car wash
I went there and only one employee was wearing a mask. I asked the lady behind the counter to pull her mask up. She was rude and yelled at me. I have dash cam footage of the employee vacuuming my car with no mask. Very unpleasant encounter with employees and management.
Greta car wash! Great staff! Great Prices! By far the best in orlando and we will be going back !!! We had a full detail job and loved all of the work that was done inside and out of the car!
I had a horrible experience at this car wash today. As I got out of the car to place my order several employees notice I was wearing a Trump lapel pin. The majority of the employees all gave me the thumbs up expressing their approval except for the owner who started bad mouthing Mr. Trump. I did not mind the the bad mouthing until one of their Hispanic employees walked up to my car and said "burn his car and get out of here". The owner claimed that he was joking. People that wash the cars there scratched my car because of the watches they were wearing. After noticing the scratches on my hood and trunk, Sandra (The Manager) refused to take responsibility for the damages and refused to compensate me for it. Horrible Customer Service!
Paid $170 for a complete interior & exterio detail including headlight cleaning. The only time I saw them working on the car was cleaning the headlight, and I only saw then putting a liquid not sanding or actually removing the yellowing of the headlight. In addition upon inspecting the car they did not clean anything on the inside of the vehicle and I had to tell them to redo the job.
