RecommendedI couldn’t ask to go with another team. They were patient as to I was a first time home buyer. Advise me on next steps I needed to take care of before looking for a home. The realtor assigned to me was prompt and on top of her A game (Amanda). As well as the day of closing (Steve) saves me $$ right before I signed documents and looking through every document with me! This was our first home purchase and it could not have been easier. The whole Shine Team assisted us at some point, but Nyhma Tramel was our agent. She, along side of the rest of the shine team, could not have made it a better experience. Thank you guys so much! We love our new home.
The shine team walked us through every step of the process of selling our home. I had a lot of questions and concerns but they were so patient and responsive to all of our questions. We sold 2 days after listing and had an amazing streamlined process with their team. I could not have asked for a better experience.
I purchased a home in Killeen with the Shine Team. I was unable to physically view homes because of the coronavirus pandemic and I was still stationed out of the state. Shay Harris and the Shine Team made the home buying purchase possible for me and did a great job of helping me through the entire process.
I hate to write this review. I am not one to post many things, but I feel it is my duty as a member of the military and Central Texas community to share this awful experience. I regret that Travis G******* has expressed dissatisfaction with our firm. Travis G******* was not a client of Shine Team and actually employed the services of another agent in the purchase of a home that we had listed. Due to agency requirements set forth by the Texas Real Estate Commission, our team should have had no communications with Mr. G*******, rather we would have been in communication with his agent. We closed on our new home at the end of last month (May 2020). We are so grateful for the hard work and dedication of the Shine Team. Our realtor was wonderful and the closing department was so helpful! We are certainly happy with our choice to use the Shine team to purchase our home outside of Fort Hood :)
