Absolutely the most professional company we have dealt with for home issues. They were always in touch regarding scheduling, and when they said they would be there - they were there on time always! Workers excellent and courteous. Very respectful of our property. Beautiful installation. I would (and have) recommended this company to my best friends.
We are happy with the service and product we received. I had a chance to speak with an installer who was very kind and informative. So far it appears that the panels are producing good, look forward to seeing the affect on our electric bill. Also the app is pretty cool, we can see how well the panels are producing.
I've had my Shine Solar system operational for 10 days now, and am very pleased with the company. Every person that I've dealt with in the company, from Sales to Concierge, has been very pleasant to work with. Any issue that came up, was promptly addressed and resolved. shine solar installed our system in Dec 2020. It was up and running early January and has been a seamless experience. They took care of everything from installation to startup. Shine solar is a very reputable company with excellent customer service. They helped us to download the app that allows us follow our usages. We would never hesitate to contact them to solve any issues that might arise.
Our installation and set up all went well. Shine Solar was in communication every step of the process. They were very thorough. Completed everything they had promised. We are very pleased. We would definitely recommend.
Are you looking for a solar system that is supposed to exceed all your expectations. A solar system where you get to use your own farm equipment to finish the work when theirs fail. That solar system where they leave plastic all around your property so your kids have something to pick up to keep your horses from eating plastic snacks. Great experience. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. These guys really know there stuff and know how to take good care of their clients. Weekly updates on progress all the way through. We are up and producing and are very happy !!!
Shine Solar is the new baseline for me in terms of whole-package customer care, education, and efficiency. My experience with them has been extremely positive thus far, with a concierge willing to answer any questions that arose, and a very personalized experience. My solar panels are producing and seeing a $0 electric bill is a real treat.
