We just had our panels installed on our home. My husband and I are extremely happy with our experience with shine solar. They answered all our questions and with great detail. Very friendly and helpful.
The team at Shine Solar was very easy to work with and explained everything very well. Once we were financed and ready for installation the process went very quickly. The installation crew was highly professional and extremely well organized. We had one little mishap with the ceiling in our garage and Shine Solar took care of it promptly at no charge to us. Love the solar panels I got and already to see on my electric company app how I am producing more then I am using and seeing a negative on the electric company side.
Absolutely the most professional company we have dealt with for home issues. They were always in touch regarding scheduling, and when they said they would be there - they were there on time always! Workers excellent and courteous. Very respectful of our property. Beautiful installation. I would (and have) recommended this company to my best friends.
We are happy with the service and product we received. I had a chance to speak with an installer who was very kind and informative. So far it appears that the panels are producing good, look forward to seeing the affect on our electric bill. Also the app is pretty cool, we can see how well the panels are producing.
I've had my Shine Solar system operational for 10 days now, and am very pleased with the company. Every person that I've dealt with in the company, from Sales to Concierge, has been very pleasant to work with. Any issue that came up, was promptly addressed and resolved. No project of this complexity can be expected to be problem-free in completion, so company reaction is very important, in my opinion. shine solar installed our system in Dec 2020. It was up and running early January and has been a seamless experience. They took care of everything from installation to startup. Shine solar is a very reputable company with excellent customer service. They helped us to download the app that allows us follow our usages. We would never hesitate to contact them to solve any issues that might arise.
Our installation and set up all went well. Shine Solar was in communication every step of the process. They were very thorough. Completed everything they had promised. We are very pleased. We would definitely recommend.
