This has been a great experience. I already had problems with the company that installed my roof and insulation but with Shine Solar they fixed my roof, added the insulation, and now I produce my own power. The installation team for Shine Solar was awesome and everyone I have worked with has been great! I would highly recommend this company and their team.
Worst company ever. Signed up months ago, in the summer time. Solar still isn't hooked up or finished. Guy came out to install new light bulbs and only did half. He never returned. Still waiting on light bulbs and insulation. Their communications skills are lacking. I notified the city and OG&E myself to get a schedule with them, because Shine Solar wasn't doing their job. Extremely knowledgeable and courteous. The install was very quick and the concierge team was great! Very pleased with my overall experience. I definitely recommend Shine Solar!

Shine Solar has AWESOME customer service!! From my first phone call to everyone that has come out to my house they have all been super nice and very helpful. They help make your home more energy efficient so that you get the most out of your solar panels and they have a great app that you can monitor your system and see your solar production. They have made solar affordable for everyone. I can't say anything bad about this company!!!

I love this company. My air conditioner went out and we have five small kids and they went above and beyond to contact the warranty company to get our air conditioner fixed in a timely manner and they kept us updated daily on the progress. When they came to the house to fix it their stuff was friendly and attentive to show us what was done and my three year old son wanted to watch and learn so the service man was loving showing him new things it was so cute.
