Panels are up and running. Every step of the process was great. Can't say enough good things!
Work was done in a systematic way. When one team finished its work, the next team followed in a very timely manner. They have been very enthusiastic and attentive to any questions or concerns we've raised. Everything has been installed to our great satisfaction, and today Nikki came out and Showed me the app which shows in real time how much energy we are producing. Yes!
The staff at Shine Solar was very helpful. I was forced to reschedule last minute and they facilitated the reschedule. I didn't have to do anything they set up all the running parts from inspections to insulation to panel install. Very convenient. We are very happy with the panels and the attention to detail.
