I have been getting my hair done by stylist Val Russell for years. She does a great job and always accommodates my busy schedule. I would recommend her to anyone.

I have been coming to Shine fir several years now. Val has been doing my hair for 17 years. She knows just what I want even I don't. I leave my hair in her capable hands and get more compliments than I can count. The website staff is friendly and sweet. It is truly a fun experience each time I go.

I rate shine salon & spa 5 stars. I am currently getting my hair permed. This salon is very professional everyone is very polite. From what i have seen they do excellent work in cuts colors and hair perms. I definitely recommend this salon.Alexa is the stylist who did my perm and I highly recommend her and will continue to have her as my stylist in the future.
