I began seeing Sahil for ADHD support a few months ago, and have seen significant improvement in his care. In addition to effective medication, he’s also shared a lot of really great advice for day-to-day living and provided additional resources outside of our appointments. He’s also been very accommodating with last-mute scheduling errors. I absolutely recommend Shine to anyone seeking treatment!

Imagine living life where you’re living in a world with no volume control on your sensory inputs or thoughts. You don’t realize how much it hinders your education, career goals, and interpersonal relationships. When you’re finally on the correct medication, the world feels clear. As if the extra noise is gone. The world is quiet and clear and I’m able to regulate my emotions. I highly recommend this office, which has done an outstanding job managing my ADHD medications. You guys are the best!
As I have advanced at work, my lack of focus became more problematic. My doctor referred me to an office that did a quick computer ADHD assessment and said I was fine. I knew I was not fine and sought a second opinion. Luckily I found Sahil and Shine Psychiatry. Sahil spent a whole hour asking me questions to truly understand how I was struggling. We are in the process of finding the best medication for me. I feel listened to and supported. I know I am in good hands and with Sahil.
