I brought my 8 year old daughter into the Frisco location yesterday and I left feeling completely confident in my choice to bring her here! We saw Dr. Afroza who was very sweet and gentle with my nervous little girl. She was also very informative to our issue. I have never felt more at ease with a doctor's office than I was at Shine! Thank you for being such a great partner in my parenting journey!
Very impressed with the shine pediatric team after attending the monthly new patient consultation. Feeling confidant with our decision to choose them for our pediatric care providers! Thank you shine team for working late tonight for the advantage of new parents.
Our first appt was on Halloween at the Frisco location, the staff was so festive! The ladies we spoke to were very informative. I only intended to do two vaccines at this visit and was surprised to know they only do two at a time at most. They also suggested the two I intended for him to have that day. I didn't have to argue with staff about this like at other offices. I live in Arlington and it was well worth the drive!
We love this pediatric group!! I can't recommend them enough. It can be at times hard to connect with someone on the phone for appointments. However the care is beyond amazing, personalized, and I will gladly wait and call back anytime! Finding a pediatrician that values the whole body, a healthy lifestyle, and is slow to give out prescriptions, and instead they actually encourage you to try natural things first, it means so much to us!!!
