We just saw Annalise yesterday for my daughter for a sick visit, and I had to write a review. The visit with ALL of the staff we encountered there was amazing. From the front staff to the nurse who got us settled in our room to Annalise, everyone was so friendly and accommodating (and I had all 4 kids with me!). Annalise was so warm and friendly with my kiddos, listened to all of my concerns and answered all of my questions, and most importantly, tailored a plan to have my daughter feeling better as soon as possible. RecommendedI love this place. Our 4 month old is very healthy. We love that shine doesn’t push vaccines on our newborn. Also they have options for homeopathic vaccines too.
I can’t believe that I’ve let leaving this review slip by me for nine months. This practice is unique and children and parents of DFW are blessed to have such a practice. Like another reviewer mentioned, there is just something in the atmosphere here... you walk through the doors and know your child’s best interests are why Shine is in business. I drive almost 2hrs to take my kiddos for appointments. Totally worth it. The staff is always helpful and polite. We have never had an issue. All the providers and staff take their time with you and your child.
I have visited both locations with both of my children. I love the philosophy at Shine. I also love that they respect what you want as a parent while making recommendation based on your child’s individual situation. We have never had to wait for very long and always have great service. I am so grateful there are Pediatricians like this out there.
