Very professional, clean office, & very friendly staff. They did a lead screen to make sure my daughter is not exposed to any lead in her environments. (One of their standard screens in the office) I had never heard of that and was very impressed! We had our appt. with Dr. Naidoo and loved him but we also love all his NP's. I highly recommend this office!

Our experience with Shine is about average. The medical staff are great, the scheduling is brutal (based on how busy they are), and they called numerous times to make us change our appointment that had been set long in advance. However the most aggravating thing about Shine... If your kid is sick or needs to see your pediatrician or NP don't expect to get in. We ended up taking our twins to our doctor on probably five different occasions just to get checked out. For that reason I would rank shine a 1/5, but the medical staff... read more
