We’re so grateful to have Staci as our baby's pediatrician! She always responds to our messages promptly (usually within 24 hours), which we really appreciate. At every baby well visit, she explains things clearly and takes the time to answer our questions. We always leave our appointments feeling informed and reassured. Highly recommend Staci to any family looking for a wonderful pediatrician!

We had a great experience at Shine! I appreciate the thoroughness and the way they take the time to make sure you understand everything, and the fact that they provide annual COVID and flu shots to guardians as well as kids.

Unfortunately, this was not the experience I expected. From the first interaction, I felt there was a lack of organization and genuine attention to the patient. The overall process was frustrating, and I left without feeling confident that my concerns had been properly understood. A pediatric office should provide families with patience, clear communication, and a sense of trust. Sadly, I did not receive that here.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I expected a professional, respectful, and caring environment, but unfortunately, that was not what I experienced. My concerns were not handled with the attention they deserved, and the communication felt rushed and ineffective. For a pediatric office, I believe patients and families should feel heard, respected, and genuinely cared for. This experience fell far below my expectations.

Not a good experience. The office felt disorganized, and the staff did not seem prepared or professional. Communication was difficult, and I did not feel that my concerns were handled with enough care or respect. I expected much better from a pediatric clinic.
