Terrible. Office refused to clean my kids teeth at our scheduled time after we asked they not receive an x-ray (one child had an x-ray there several weeks earlier). When I brought up the same issue on an earlier visit the receptionist said, "what's it matter? Your insurance covers it." Anyway, Dr. Lee even came out, refused to speak with us, and said something to the receptionist.
