Yesterday, 1 July 2026, was our first experience with Shine's soft wash cleaning, window cleaning, and gutter cleaning (Shine has strung lights on our outdoor Christmas tree for at least the past two years). Zach was the sole worker yesterday, and he performed as though there were four crew members working on our house. We could not be happier with Zach and with Shine of Cincinnati. I will not hesitate a moment in recommending Shine.
It was a pleasure to work with Shine! Jacob and Jordan did pressure washing on my back patios and sidewalk. They were awesome to work with, followed my instructions, and did a great job! Luke was great to get us scheduled in between rain storms and communicated very well. I recommend Shine.
This is the 2nd time I've used Shine. They are the best and the employees are very professional. I have given their name to several of my neighbors because they were so impressed with the job done!
This is my 3rd time using Shine and they did great work again. In the past, I've had them do gutter cleaning, interior and exterior window cleaning. This time, just exterior window cleaning. They use some kind of ultra filtered H2O that initial leaves droplets on the window, but dries perfectly. Price was great too. Love it!
They did an ok job for the cost- lots of spots even though I was reassured they would “disappear”. Missed some windows, charged me the wrong sales tax. They did offer to come back out and reclean but they should have taken more care into cleaning it correctly the first time. The second story window corners were not cleaned well, the corners were left untouched. They use a pole, I made the assumption they would clean by hand. My mistake, our previous company did everything by hand.
