Always friendly staff. Seemed to do their best with maintenance. Sometimes a vacuum won't be as good, but always seemed to be fixed the next time I go. The car wash I depend on.

I have to say that I was a lost soul at this car wash. BUT it was easy to navigate I vacuumed my car first (I always do that) then as I was pulling up to wash my car I heard a young man say "Would you like to try the car wash for free?" OF COURSE! Great customer service. They could obviously tell I was new to Shine and made my experience a good one. I will definitely be back and I don't even live in Lawton!
I have gotten my car wash at Shine for quite some time now and have seen multiple managers go through. I have always been pleased with the car wash but I can definitely see a big difference in the staff and management now! Great car wash and customer service I would suggest it to anyone!

Attendance arguing with each other not paying attention to customer asking that they pay attention to the back Window and maybe scrub it...no we will just spray it. Well, nope dirt still there when mention it ti person drying car while I tey to scrub it myself he would not even speak. Will not ever be going back

Deborah, thanks for bringing this to my attention. We stopped using brushes on cars in the prep area 2 years ago to eliminate any possibility of scratching vehicles. If our attendants were arguing with each other I apologize and will take action to make sure that does not happen again. We offer complimentary drying of each vehicle to ensure each car comes out clean and to our customers satisfaction. If the car is not clean, we will offer to wash it again. I ran my car through car wash TWICE TODAY!!! Windshield was still dirty and front bumper still had bugs on it. I paid for a deluxe wash which is supposed to shine your tires up as well. I don't know what is going on, if they are under new management or what!!!! This use to be an awesome car wash when they first opened up... guess I will be finding a new car wash.
