I went to wash my truck today and while a was waiting for the attendant to come a Very nice gentleman wearing a Shine jacket came and paid for my full car wash! Not sure if he was the owner or management but that was so nice of him! Great people still exist! Thank you so much for you kindness Sir!
So impressed with the guys working here this morning! I went through the car wash once, and while they were drying my car they told me to drive back through because the wash did not get all of the bugs off of my windshield (the remainder was VERY minimal!) I appreciated this so much and left with a spotless vehicle! Thank you!
This is my go to car wash, and yesterday I had the worst experience! I was cleaning out my car with the vacuums and all of a sudden they were cut off! I looked around and finally saw someone closing the gate, so I walked up to the office area. The guy I spoke with, Shaquile, offered me no remorse, and just informed me that they close at 8 and he was in charge. They damaged my vehicle, and there corporate office has not got back with me. Also there GM manager has not kept me up to date. Be careful with yalls cars. There communication is garbage!!!!!!!

Use to like this place over the other place, but they just lost my business!!! Waited over 10 minutes just to get my truck dried off, than they still didn't come dry it off got tired of waiting so just left! What kind of Management has 1 person drying to 2 people washing the cars down with 15 cars in the waiting line! At least at the other place u always get your vehicle dried off in a timely matter!!
Paid $18 to wash my car and came out still covered in bugs.
Just this one time, I've had an issue. Just an FYI. The post says ANY wash and when I went Friday I was told only 14.00 or something like that price and higher this can be used but the manager being nice said he'd let me get my wash 2 dollars off this one time when it had been allowed several times before. Also, the employee wasn't aware what this promotion was. Just food for thought, not b*tching as I do like the car wash.
