My daughters car came out dirtier than it was before it went in. They ran it through a second time and it was even worse. Highly do not recommend. Horrible customer service. Police report being filed. This was supposed to be their best wash.
I tried this car wash again and remembered why I don’t go here! Regretted instantly!

Paid for wash guy shut the door started hand washing a suv while a line of cars that paid waited 20 mins for him to finish.
Horrible experience WORST CAR WASH IN LAWTON!!! Bugs everywhere! Don’t waste your time and money. THE Manger was a complete as***** and employees have the worst Customer service!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!
my car was damaged by the wash rolling system had witness who also got involved to report it to employees. Very rude evil man. Has no customer service training. Still no resolution for my car yet. Seems like im going to take different measures legally.
I paid for too top of the line wash and when I went through I only got water sprayed on my car. Told the dryer what happened and he let me go through again and told the asst. manager who was spraying cars down prior to entering the car wash what happened. I go through a second time and still no soap was put on my car. I told the dryer again what happened. I paid 18.00 dollars for a car wash and got 2 washes with nothing but water.
