I love shinebrite! They always do a great job, are kind and courteous, and are fast! I get my oil changed and truck washed and I've never been disappointed.
You can get a better and cheaper wash at Gentle Touch. Took forever to wash my car. All the while employees are standing around and saying "fuck this, I quit". Definitely not returning here again.
They helped me out and was very knowledgeable and attentive to what I wanted.
Wife came to get vehicle washed and they did an awesome job!! Later that day I noticed the rear wiper arm was broken off so I called the manager and told him about it. Without hesitation he said to go back and that they would have a new one put on!! The manager was very nice and very professional!!! I understand things happen, it's only good when they make it right and they did!! (I needed a new wiper blade anyways)!!!
