I typically do not give bad reviews, but I am making an exception for this place. My husband took my car in to have it washed and vacuumed earlier this week, and my leather seats were damaged. It will cost around $600 to fix. He talked to the manager, and he was too busy to deal with it. When he finally got back to us, we were told that he couldn't see how that happened, and he couldn't see it in his cameras. Well, the damages was INSIDE my car on my leather seat. Car wash was awful. Spent two hours just to come out and have to redo the inside windshield. The wait was so long because the guys wiping down the cars were just walking around didn't seem to know what they were doing or which car came next.
They are always professional. They care about their customers and provide fast, courteous service.
