The team did a really good job. I appreciate coming home to a clean house. I am always very satisfied with the work they do.
How refreshing to have a TEAM of expert cleaners come in, do exactly what you expected, and then some! This was top-notch cleaning, going above and beyond, with excellent managerial oversight. Many claim to have a hand in managing but never show up. I cannot recommend Shine Bright Cleaning Services enough. Crystal and her team have handshake integrity and did an excellent job! ❤️
The integrity of the work is inconsistent. Toilets are cleaned with my brush. If the ring cannot be removed, then the employee goes out to the car to get the toilet bowl cleaner, hoping that might help. same employee spent 15 minutes after just arriving, cleaning out the hair from her vacuum. The actual cleaning was mediocre and needs to be watched. I’ve had other workers come out and do a great job.
