One of my crowns fell off requiring an immediate service but I could make an appointment in a short notice. Super friendly staff at reception and Dr. Kim's service was immaculate and professional. Will definitely come back as my neighboring dentist. Strongly recommended with two thumbs up.
I am overly disgusted by the recent encounter I had with the front desk staff. Daniela, was egregiously disrespectful, rude, and un willing to adequately support me. She shouted at me and failed to deliver any type of service to value me as a patient. as a result. I canceled my scheduled root canal appointment and will never revisit or support this establishment. Doctors need to be aware of the critical role their admin staff plays in shaping patient experiences.
I believe her name was Wei (apologies if I got it wrong), but I just had to take a moment to share how amazing my experience was with her over the phone. In a world where customer service can often feel rushed or impersonal, she stood out as an incredibly kind-hearted and understanding receptionist.
