I had been going there for years without any major issues-the dentist and hygienists are always nice, professional, and efficient. Their receptionist/scheduler can be occasionally impolite-one time she asked why my husband and I can’t do the general cleaning in the morning after we clearly stated our preference would be in the afternoon.
