Would give zero stars if I could. Took days to do basic tasks. I'll never go back here for any reason.
The most atrocious service. They do not even deserve to be called a medical center given the lack of unprofessional. My father did blood work a week prior to the scheduled appointment yet they claimed they did not have the results back. I was understanding at that time given mistakes and issues can occur once in a while. Today, July 23 I went to my yearly check-up at the Fairfax Office and was greeted by the most friendly receptionist (nurse) since I have been going to Dr. Gupta. Most time the receptionists are strictly business not very personally. Alissah really made me feel welcomed and was very helpful. She was a ray of sunshine and most efficient and friendly. My family and I have been patients of Dr. Gupta's for nearly 20 years. He has kept my medication on track, helped me with upper respiratory infections and even called in a last minute prescription when I ran out of medication, and I couldn't get a hold of the other doctor that prescribed the medication.
