We rented a shuttle bus for hotel guests for our wedding. Shima provided us with the wrong vehicle (a stretch limo) and most of our guests couldn't find the limo or contact the limo for transportation to the reception venue. Further, at the end of the night, we exited the reception and found the limo outside ready to depart. The limo driver asked if we were the bride and groom and told us this was the end of his shift and there was no more room in the limo. He said congrats and left us. Shima Limousine is a preferred professional with Jesse Webb Entertainment. We recently worked with Shima Limousine on a wedding and it was a pleasure! Not only was the vehicle used by our client very lovely, but the chauffeur was fantastic as well. He stayed on schedule and was extremely accommodating. Their staff is courteous and always a pleasure to work with, while their professionalism and attention to detail made our job a lot easier. We would certainly recommend them to our future clients!
Used them for a couple of occasions, bachelor parties, nights out...Outstanding customer service, vehicles always on time, never later, always clean, drivers always punctual and professional. Would highly recommend there service!
We had a limo on Valentines Day and it was a horrible experience. Our driver arrived late. Which in turn made us late for our reservations at a nice restaurant. The limo was not clean. The seats were ripped, the glasses had bottle caps in them and they were dirty, garbage in the ice bins. It was disgusting. We were supposed to have the limo from 7-1am. I was very pleased with Shima Limousine. As we were transporting a majority of our wedding guests, transportation was my number one priority. I worked with Michele leading up to the day and she was professional, extremely helpful, and always responsive. Everything was easy and seamless. And the day of went perfectly. Nice vehicles (a town car and two shuttles, all on time, and amazingly nice and helpful drivers. It was a pleasure to work with the company and would definitely recommend them to anyone.
