Spend your money elsewhere. This company was used for a wedding I was in on May 25th, when it was 80* outside. The driver apologized as we boarded saying, he was trying to get the air conditioner to work but it hadn't cooled down yet. He was embarrassed of this situation. We went from Mentor to downtown Cleveland for pictures only and had to cut out a stop since it was so miserable being on the bus longer. Shima sent us a 20 passenger bus with broken air conditioning on our wedding. They've been ducking our calls ever since. The limo got up to 118 degrees. I highly DONT recommend ruining your event with their unprofessional service.

They gave a wedding party I was in a bus with no AC and didn't even warn the brides. It was 80° and the thermostat inside the bus was at 118°. No replacements were sent and I hope the brides get a full refund, because had we known about no heat we would have taken our business elsewhere and paid more money for it. Absolutely ridiculous, next time make sure the AC is working on all vehicles if you know it's going to be hot

Limo bus showed up on time and promptly got us to the hall to seat guests. . Plenty of space and great air conditioning to keep us from melting. . Overall excellent experience that I would recommend to anyone planning a group event! !!

Shima rocks the casbah! They were like a beautiful Mullet, business up front party in the back. Our driver kept his composure like a soldier whilst we was wylin out like it was my boys last day as a free man. Which it was... Congrats Anthony & Tiffany tusoch! & thanks again shima!! Keep it 100.

I wish I could give 0 stars! But unfortunately that's not an option. So 1 star it is. I booked this place in June, 2013 for my October 12, 2013 wedding. Months go by and I haven't heard anything from them. It is now mid September and I look to my now husband and tell him I think we should call just to confirm our reservations and times, etc. well to my surprise when I call, there is no party bus booked! Our driver for my friends bachelorette party totally rocked!!! He was so patient and kept us on schedule, he let us be as loud as we wanted, and also was extremely flexible when we wanted to change our nighttime schedule. He was always on time to pick us up and really was at our service the entire night. We will definitely be using you guys again and hopefully request our same driver!! Shima Limousine was outstanding. I found them in the wedding showcase at the mall. Christina was extremely nice and very knowledgable. She provided a fantastic service that was above all expectation. I can easily say that Shima Limousine & Christina spoiled us and made my bachelorette party extra special! I have no hesitation in recommending this company, and will be doing so to anyone I know!
