Wish I could give no stars. We booked shima for our wedding and was very unsatisfied. When the bus arrived it was the wrong bus ... We went to the warehouse and personally picked our limo bus from their fleet. We choose a black bus that was brand new. The one that arrived to our wedding was white and very old and not maintained. I called on Thursday and confirmed that there would be ice and cups on the bus and when we got onto the bus there was no ice or cups. If I could rate in the negative I would. We had the most unfit driver that showed up late, made us miss our VIP meet & greet access to a concert & our driver appeared intoxicated & appeared to pee his pants. We called multiple times the night of the ride & next day. The rep we spoke to the night of, Justin, said they "suspicions the driver, Kevin, to be drinker". ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! OWNER IS AWFUL!!!!! TO BAD YOU CAN'T GIVE NEGATIVE STARS!!!!! Limo was rented for a wedding 10/10- limo driver rear ended the car in front. We had to have friends pick the bridal party up, take them to a location to wait for another car to pick us up. We lost food that we provided the bridal party in the limo, girls dresses were stained from spilled beverages. When called on Monday we were told we would only be reimbursed 50%. Amazing service the entire trip there and back. snacks and drinks were provided via our driver Roberto Paul Voicu, who has been an awesome personality. we would definitely like to use the service again and with Roberto preferably as our trusted transporter. Thumbs up!!
On a 5 star scale, I would give Shima 10 stars if I could!! Amazing service, extremely responsive and very professional. Our timeline was followed precisely and the limousine was so beautiful! I really felt like I was getting the VIP treatment. Thank you to Michele and our wonderful driver for making everything run smoothly on our big day!
