I have been a patient with Dr Shilpa Bhardwaj for two years. When Dr Bhardwaj walked into the exam room for my first visit. I immediately felt that she genuinely wanted to get to know me as her patient. During my office visits, she consistently will ask me excellent questions. She actively listens and consistently responds with the best course of action to improve my overall health. During Covid, we started seeing Dr. Bhardwaj after a previous doctor couldn't keep up with Covid cases. I see her at least 4 times a year (for various medical issues). She has been nothing but great. Her nurse assistant Haley is the cherry on top. Dr. B knows who I am and takes the time to chat about what I need. She's not judgmental and she treats me as a human and not a number (like you find so often in the US medical system). I have been a patient of Dr Bhardwaj for 8 years now. She and her staff took the time to truly know me as a patient and not just my symptoms. Each appointment, she makes sure to listen to everything I say and then discuss my options in detail. I never feel rushed or like she does not want to take the time to care for me. I am very grateful I found her all those years ago and can continue to have her as my doctor.
Love Dr B! Have been seeing her for almost 5 years now and she and her nurses have all been so attentive, kind, and caring. When she makes a referral, she always tries to send you to someone she knows and trusts, which is always reassuring.
She is a caring responsive doctor. I have always had great experience.
