Just ate at Shiloh's. Was very excited to try the restaurant for the first time. I am new to the area and was looking forward to trying some great food. I got the chicken wings for a starter. They were good but had no buffalo sauce. I was also looking forward to the lobster salad roll. The menu said the roll would be buttered and toasted. When we came in I told the hostess that my wife had a problem walking. I asked to be seated at the front dining room. We were walked to the next dining room. My wife had to go twice as far. I kept telling the girl about seating there to no avail. Asked to be seated at a table near the window. Told me it was reserved. Told the waitress how we were treated, said she was going to tell the manager. No further contact. Attitude not great last visit here and will let my neighbors in our 236 unit condo know what to expect.
The food was great as always, and the music too, but service was horrible tonight. I know it is St Patty's day but to be ignored for 18 mins before you even get a menu wouldn't have happen if Alley was there.
Had a late lunch a few weeks ago and the food, service and atmosphere was wonderful.
Awesome food with good sized portions,food and friendly staff. It's a very busy place and the noise level can get loud. Only negative is no way upstairs or downstairs for handicapped patrons. OK 1 more waited way to long for service ,food and check,but it was packed and only 2 people in the area.
Slow Service, Lousy Food, Overpriced too! I won't go there again!
We went to The Mangrove Deck last night to listen to Ben Prestage and we loved it! The calamari was delicious and the atmosphere was perfect for the occasion. Rachel was our server/bartender and she was great......polite, friendly and on point......definitely the icing on the cake! We will be back and refer friends and family!
Went to Shiloh's Steakhouse for the first time tonight. We had a lovely view of the water as we sat on the balcony. Our service was incredible as out server Zack took such great care of us like I've never had been served like before. The food was amazing and tasted amazing. I have no regrets or complaints. Thank you for making Valentine's Day great for us.
